Project Angel Tree
Each year, the SCJWC hosts a series of Angel Trees throughout the community of San Clemente. Our two main trees can be found at the Community Center on Del Mar and at the Aquatics Center in Vista Hermosa Sports Park the week after thanksgiving through the first couple of weeks of December. Servicemen Appreciation
To show our appreciation to the great men and women servicing our community as firefighters, policeman, and lifeguards, the SCJWC shows our thanks by delivering homemade goodies to every station in San Clemente throughout the year.
Volunteering Events
A big part of our mission as members of SCJWC is to collaborate with members of our community, local businesses, and our city to make a positive impact for those who need it most. Every year our members spent their time to volunteer at local city events, collect needed items for food drives or events like care packages for our troops or goodies bags for the San Clemente Library Halloween event, and volunteer to prepare meals for families at Ronald McDonald House and Thanksgiving dinner delivery for SC families in need.
Meetings with a purpose
Join us at one of our general meetings. Each year we host special general meetings focused on celebrating our club and giving back to our community. Each month's meeting is usually something special to acknowledge. Such as the SCJWC's birthday month, Philanthropy Meeting, Scholarship meeting, etc. Feel free to check our facebook calendar for upcoming events.
