Each one of us has been brought to the SCJWC for unique reasons, passions, and purposes.  Together we are a strong group of women driven with the common goal of providing valuable service and philanthropy to our community and beyond. The mission of the SCJWC is to collaborate with members of our community, local businesses, and our city, to make a positive impact for those who need it most.

 

Since 2014 our logo has included these key words - “Imagine, Impact, Inspire”. The SCJWC provides a way to give back, make an impact in our community, and work with a welcoming group of women.  Together we can march forward into philanthropic prospects, while we look at inspirations from the past.  

 

The SCJWC supports a wide range of causes - from delivering Meals On Wheels to 400 holiday gifts to children and elderly in need through “Project Angel Tree”.  We use our strength in working together to make a big difference. In 2020-21 our members volunteered over 2000 hours and donated $20,000 back to our community.

 

This year my tag line has been “Taking Inspiration from Traditions for Future Opportunities”. With our current membership, I know we are moving in an exciting direction.
