For more than 75 years, the San Clemente Junior Woman's Club (SCJWC) has brought women together to create positive change in our community. Since 1948, our members have combined friendship, service, and generosity to support local families, schools, seniors, youth programs, and community initiatives in San Clemente and throughout south Orange County.
Service with a purpose.
We are a welcoming group of women from all walks of life who believe small acts of service can make a big impact. Whether volunteering at local events, organizing drives, raising funds for important causes, or simply showing up where help is needed most, we work together to strengthen the community we love.
Friendship and connection.
SCJWC is also about connection. Many women join looking for a meaningful way to give back and stay for the friendships, encouragement, and sense of belonging they find here. We understand life is busy, and involvement can look different in every season. Whether you have a few hours a month or more time to give, there is a place for you.
A lasting impact.
Our members contribute thousands of volunteer hours each year while supporting impactful local programs through service and fundraising. Together, we continue a proud tradition of women helping women, families helping families, and neighbors lifting on another up.
Our Affiliation: GFWC
The San Clemente Junior Woman's Club is a proud member of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC). GFWC is made up of more than 60,000 members who are committed to making a difference through volunteer work and community service projects. These clubwomen join local clubs in U.S. State Federations and International Affiliates, which forms GFWC’s membership as a whole. Each club determines and organizes its own projects and programming based on the seven Special Program and Community Service Programs guidelines set by GFWC Headquarters.
